A 3D printed mask available in small, medium, and large sizes - all sizes use the same size filter membrane holder. The filter holder is filled with N95 filtering material from the inside liner of a HEPA vacuum cleaner bag, or any other suitable material. This design is based on the Rowan university design, but with added strength, better fit, better protection against accidentally dislodging or damaging the filter membrane by way of a fixed front screen, and increased size chamfered head strap attachment rings. After fitting the mask to the face by soaking the facepiece in hot water, this mask is capable of passing an N95 fit test.
