Seriously, I think I got it figured out, but I can't think of what the extra hooks are for. Also, the way I have it fit to my head it causes the top part of elastic to be very close to my eyes.

"It is worn on the back of your head with the round part to the top and the flat part resting against the nape of your neck. The earloop elastic can use or disregard the middle hook as you choose."

I found these instructions on his thingiverse page located here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4274784

This is a very good design, it just sad that it takes a long time to print compared to other solutions.

I've shared a few out and people love them!

-Doesn't slide down the back of the head
-Straps completely off of the ears
-Other PPE, Helmets, Hats or Face shields integrate well because of low profile design
-Prints in minutes

May resize a few for smaller children and people. Perhaps three sizes.

Thanks again.
