This face shield was designed to be printed quickly and assembled with inexpensive and readily available materials while providing full face protection, comfort and adjustable fit. A fully assembled shield will cost less than $1. This was inspired by many other designs including the 3DVerkstan shield.

Materials
28 grams PETG filament
qty (2) standard hair elastics (5 cm diameter)
qty (1) 8 1/2 x 11 clear write on transparency film (11 x 17 can also be used for a longer shield). Transparency film for printers can also be used but it may have a texture and be less clear.
qty (1) insulating foam tape 3 inches long 1/2 inch wide by 1/4 inch thick or similar

recommend printing with 1.6mm wall and zero infill
brim or raft is not necessary but skirt may be helpful to prime the nozzle before a print.
