Pre- and Postprocessing Instructions
You can find more specific instructions, at A Soft and Transparent Handleable Protein Model. Print(3 shells, minimise supports on the inner side of the mold), clean supports, assemble and use silicone RTV sealant on the seams, fill with silicone resin (and catalyst depending on the temperature sensitivity of the filaments used) and let it cure at 80ºC(~176ºF) (be weary of the glass transition point and the melting point of your filament). Depending on what kind of resin you use, you can decrease the curing temperature by using less catalyst, but it might take a few days to cure. There are also some room temperature curing silicone resins.
