Pre- and Postprocessing Instructions
FDM parts should be printed with dense infill (up to 100%), with support. Part files should be in print orientation, but in the event they are not, the threads should be printed perpendicular to the build plate (i.e. thread axis aligned with z azis).
For SLA parts, orient optimally for your printer (note- every printer is a little different, a Form 3 will have different capabilities than an Anycubic Photon). Optional post-processing step: spray coat with urethane sealant.
SLA printer recommended for all parts to avoid porosity. Although Custom Blower Unit Bin and Custom Blower Unit Lid were printed on FDM printer due to size limitations on Anycubic Mono X printer, a larger size SLA/SLS printer recommended for these parts, particularly to achieve a flat gasket seat on the Lid.
Venturi Port to be machined.
