This submission is a version of visor for face shields that provide more coverage on top to medical workers' faces, and eyes are a lot less exposed from airflow. This design also cuts down the print time by up to estimate 75% comparatively to PRUSA and BUDMAN visors. As well as using the minimal amount of material: 1 screen only uses approximately 17 g of filament which a spool of 1 kg can print between 50-58 pieces which minimize the cost of raw material. I find that this design can protect bacterial projectiles along with cutting down maximum airflow from the top with work simultaneously with PPE masks and goggles. This design is to utilize what the supplies makers have to be most efficient as well as provide more coverage in protection for the medical personals.
These are CURA calculations. Time may change depending on each printer. But overall still less time and material compared to other designs, which as still great designs.
Use the template as a guide to cut slits on the shield to fit on to the visor. Once attached to the nipples of the visor, the face shield sheet stays on tightly. Attach bands or elastic in back to ensure tight and secure placement on the head when wearing.
