I'm a doctor in Connecticut making 3D printed masks. I heavily modified the one I found that had the largest filter box, as this allows more material to fit inside than any other I have found while still being breathable.

I recommend trying the "Mask narrow (male) 2 loop upgrade" and the "Filter Narrow (male)" to go on it, downloadable at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4237783
I am going to make another video very soon suggesting spraying the mask down with sealant to make it easier to wipe to to solve the porosity problem if this is to be used longer than a week, how to sand the edges and options for rubber material that can be added for comfort or wear over surgical mask for comfort and to boost this from estimated 90% to n95%, and what kinds of elastics work best if you don't have access to IV tourniquets that I'm using for straps.

Post processing: Sand around internal edge, especially around nose. Spray down with sealant (silicone spray, clear laquer, flexseal, or paint for micropore blockage and easy wipability). Attache either (2) tourniquets cut into 1/3 to the hooks, or elastic bands. many sizes can be found online. Approximately 8 mm is a good width, but anything can be made to work.

Estimated to be n85-n95, testing in progress. Wear over face mask for additional protection and comfort, boosting to (unverified yet) n95 or above. The most important thing is the seal. you can experiment with rubber door seal material around the edge, but sanding and then putting in hot water and molding to your face like you would a moutguard, works best. This is a last resort attempt at "better than a bandana", with no guarantees but my best attempt at an n95.
