Break off the support tabs

Attach sheet to the frame
Use a 3-hole punch and attach the transparency to the frame. Start with the center hole first, then do each side. Be sure to align it under the support tab as shown above.

Optional Shield install
Insert the side arms into the both shield holes first

Use your fingers to pull and push the center point.
