So I have also experimented with printing the main part of the mask in TPU (NinjaTek Cheetah), which seems to be more comfortable and fits more easily (does not have to be heated and molded) -- however, some believe that the porosity of TPU may make it a less effective barrier. I am not sure as to the validity of these claims, but we decided to focus on PLA due to that. Personally, I have been using a TPU mask with Filti material as my 'everyday' mask when grocery shopping etc.
