We designed a comfortable and well-fitting face shield in response to the need for PPE devices created by the Covid-19 pandemic. Our device has been approved for clinical use by the Czech Ministry of Health and is being used around the world. We have been working with feedback from both medical professionals and the community who are printing the shields to optimize the design.
We recommend the design be printed in PETG for better heat tolerance, flexibility, and sterilization but the design can be produced in PLA. The face shield can be laser cut from .5 to 1mm PETG sheets.

As a medic, i printed and used this one and
to keep visor stable in the holes and to attach lower part to the visor i used 3d Pen, and all worked well. i did not need any glue or similar.
