Reference Model

Printed three versions. Large, Medium, and Small. Large based off of 100% scale of model. Medium scaled to 95%, and small to 90%.

Mask Print Settings

Nozzle: 0.4

Line Width: 0.4

Layer Height: 0.2

Bottom Layers: 4

Top Layers: 5

Wall Count: 3/4 (alternates every layer)

Infill: 10% / Gyroid

Temperature: 210 Nozzle / 70 Bed

Fan Cooling: 100% at layer 5

Filter Insert Print Settings

Same as above, but adjusted wall count to 2/3

I also printed in ABS. Same settings as above minus temperature (240 nozzle / 110 bed) and fan cooling @ 20% at layer 5.

Also, for ease of use I added an "L" , "M" , and "S" to the inside of the mask as well as the filter insert to assist in identifying sizing quickly.

Printed on a Voron 2.1.2 enclosed printer (http://vorondesign.com/).

Masks and trays are sterilized and packaged after assembly.

Note: The filter medium in the pictures was for fit reference only. Similar thickness as N95 filter, but I didn't have any on hand at that time.
