We have successfully printed headbands on the Prusa i3 MK2S printer in both PLA and PETG. At 0.25mm layer height, printing two face shields takes 6hr30m. Adjusting the layer height to 0.35mm reduces the print time to 4h15m, but there is some sagging in the top of the visor.
Recommended Material: PLA or PETG/CPE
Alternate Materials: ABS, ASA or Nylon

Visor Print
I have printed 4 so far. Waiting for laminating sheets to arrive so I can make the shield. Can you edit the "stubs" that the shield will be fastened through with a notch or a "ledge" (like the head of a nail) so that when the plastic is placed over it, it will be somewhat "locked" in place? Does this make sense? It's a great design and best one I've seen so far. Able to print 2 at a time on my MK2. Thanks for your time and effort.
