Reference Model

Printing 5 at a time on the PRUSA Mini with PLA, 100% infill, 0.25 mm layer height (Draft mode, grid fill via selection of 100% infill, no supports) takes 58 minutes. So it's easy to schedule these in our office printer and just make them all day! We like this model because it minimizes material and therefore build-time.

The larger print volume of the Prusa i3 printer allows up to 10 earsavers to be printed in 1 batch! Thanks to Dale, contributing member, for pointing this out.

Arrange your ear-savers on the print bed with the tabs offset from each other (odd/even), then 3 more can fit perpendicularly to fill the bed.

Update: we've now made & distributed over 740 of these ear savers with very positive feedback from our local health professionals!
